Manager, Quality & Risk Management Nampa Full-Time Days

We are looking to hire a Manager, Quality & Risk Management for our Nampa Hospital! This position will be located at our Medical Center off I-84 and Garrity Blvd.

 

As a Manager, Quality & Risk Management in the Saint Alphonsus Health System, you will oversee all Quality Departments and Risk Management Departments, as well as Services as the Patient Safety Officer and provide day-to-day oversight of the program including personnel management, deployment of resources, project management, evaluation of processes, analysis of data, and continuous regulatory readiness. 

You are responsible for investigating Event Reports submitted in VOICE, identifying major trending patterns, analyzing allegations of claims as well as complaints and providing corresponding documentation. You will interview employees, patients, families, and physicians for details of events, documents chronological summaries of events and researches processes in a clinical/legal perspective, participate in the legal, claims and risk reduction strategy with the Risk Management team. You will also be responsible for planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating the overall Saint Alphonsus Medical Center Nampa performance improvement and continuous regulatory readiness programs.

Education:

·         BSN required or must be obtained within 18 months of hire.

 

License/Certification:      

·         Must have an active nursing license in the state of Idaho.
