Assists in providing high quality and appropriate food service to meet the nutritional requirements of all age groups from infants to the elderly by helping serve foods.  May be trained to fill in on baker’s shift as needed, which includes serving customers in employee/visitor cafeteria. 

Customers include acute care patients of all ages, long-term care residents, children in day care, visitors and employees. On-the-job training provided. Formal or on-the-job training in institutional quantity food production desirable. Six months related experience desirable
