Program Details and Guidelines:

• All current, Trinity Health Of New England Employees are eligible to win. Exclusion include:
  • Trinity Health Of New England executives (director or higher)
  • Colleagues in any department of Human Resources
  • Colleagues who are specifically prohibited from participation in the Employee Referral Program as a result of any labor agreements.
• To be eligible for entry into the drawing, an colleagues must:
  • Submit the qualified referral (Referred Lead) to: Refer A Friend!
  • Referred Lead must complete a 15-minute phone introductory call with a TA professional.
• A qualified referral is defined as a person with a current license or certification in the applicable field, not currently employed by Trinity Health, that completes the phone introductory conversation.
• By submitting a referral, the employee is agreeing to have his or her name used when Trinity Health Of New England contacts the referral.
• Each qualified referral lead warrants one entry into our monthly drawing of $10,000.  You may only refer to the same candidate once.
• Entries remain in consideration for 3 months from the date of referral. You may only win once.
• Must be an active Trinity Health Of New England colleague at time of drawing.
• Monetary prizes are subject to all state and federal taxes as required by law.
• All information regarding the hiring decisions will remain strictly confidential.
• Any disputes or interpretations of this program will be handled through Human Resources.
• This referral program supersedes and replaces any other referral programs; and is the only authorized program for Trinity Health Of New England
