Director, Talent Development

Improves management effectiveness and employee engagement, by designing and implementing developmental and educational programs and services, supporting mission and goals of Holy Cross Health and Trinity Health. Ongoing assessment of leadership learning needs will inform strategies for development of workforce and management. Responsibilities include leadership development, employee engagement, employee and management onboarding, retention, professional (non-clinical) skills training, and management/executive coaching and team building. Supports Mission of Trinity Health and Holy Cross Health.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

1.  Master's Degree in Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Industrial/Human Relations, or related field, or equivalent in work experience; Bachelor's Degree, with significant relevant experience, will be considered.

2.  Five (5) years of management experience, including eLearning and vendor management; Human Resources Generalist experience preferred.

3.  Demonstrated competency in needs assessment, presentation, group facilitation, group process, adult learning strategies, team building, and curriculum development.

4.  Well-developed analytical and communication (written and verbal) skills.

Reporting Relationship:

1.  Reports to Chief Human Resources Officer.
